The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Perched on Pillar Mountain, in the Kodiak Island Archipelago overlooking Kodiak City, this vintage Kodiak home is full of charm and character and promises a harmonious, relaxing vacation. Amazing location within a few minute walk of the brewery, cidery, and multiple restaurants. Hiking trails are within a mile, as well as the harbor, the spit, ferry terminal, museums, and more. This space is perfect for 2 visitors looking to be in a central location. Enjoy the downstairs apartment, accessed by a private entrance and parking spot. It is small and cozy with 1 queen size bed and a large couch. Guests can also book a car separately with their stay upon request (if available).

Come and enjoy a cozy stay with views of the Nushagak River and Wood River. Just steps away from the Sea Wall where you may get lucky enough to catch a sighting of belugas, otters, moose, rabbits, fox, porcupine, eagles, bears and much more, but be far enough away from danger to be safe. Snag Point Bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 5 beds, washer/dryer, full kitchen, dish network cable, Roku Smart TVs, Wi-Fi and parking for one vehicle (additional parking on side).

Kodiak's Harbor House

If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.

The Kodiak House (4 BR)

Book your stay with your group or family in our spacious and quiet 4 BR home. Here you'll have your own private oasis, with 4 bedrooms along with a large well-stocked kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and an inviting and comfortable living room. WiFi and parking are included. Two bedrooms have Queen sized beds and two bedrooms have twin beds. Rental vehicles and airport shuttle service are available with at least 24 hours advanced notice.

Humble Harborview Home

This home is one of the close knit houses on the hill in town above the harbor. A generous number of stairs takes you to a “million dollar view”, built in the 1940's & remodeled with updates you'll like. Enjoy a private escape along the hillside, relax on the deck, inhale the fresh sea, active fishing port & town life, or warm-up in the crooked but very cozy & functional home that might remind you of the ‘Old Village’.
