Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming studio in the woods. Get the best of both worlds - close to downtown Oxford for shopping and dining and located off the beaten path for a cozy country feel. It is located on a dirt road. This studio apartment is a private space located in our pole barn. It has been newly remodeled and includes a king size bed, queen size air mattress, and a sectional sofa. Perfect location for concerts at Pine Knob, weddings, and sporting events at Seymour Lake Twp Park.

Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here. Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times, NOT! Definitely can’t depend on it! Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
