La Villa offre une vue imprenable sur l'Atlantique et sur la réserve naturelle de Souss Massa, située à sa gauche. À 1h au sud d'Agadir, la villa possède sa piscine privative et fait partie d'une résidence sécurisé de 9 villas attenantes à l'hôtel Ksar Massa qui propose petit-déjeuner, demi-pension ou pension complète avec service à domicile. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'un Spa, d'un restaurant, d'un bar. Accès privé à la plage, balades en chameaux ou à cheval, surf, pêche et de nombreuses activités.

Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
