Nestled in the historic district of Navesink Village, this tranquil renovated historic farmhouse built in the 1840’s, rests on over an acre of lush land with mature hardwood trees. Envision yourself experiencing the sounds and sights of nature, the nearby ocean surf, cultural aspects of the area: music, plays, theater, art, vast variety of cuisines, walks, a day at the beach, fishing, crabbing, and biking.

Unwind in this cozy waterfront studio- direct water access with sunsets that poems are written about. Enjoy the bay views in the lounge chairs provided or use the paddle board/kayak for a cruise around the river. Ride the bikes (2 provided) only a quick .5 m to the ocean beach or 2 blocks to the bay beach. Convenient to many fine shore restaurants. This is a studio apartment with an efficiency kitchen (no stove or oven) equipped with an under counter refrigerator and a single induction cooktop.

The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. There are window air conditioners in each room and a full kitchen.

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
