A home away from home. At 13 Lester, we can provide guests a choice when booking, to book as a one bedroom with pull out sofa (sleeps 4) or as a 2 bedroom with pull out sofa (sleeps 6). Since we have a high demand for parties of 2 the listing is priced for the one bedroom with pull out option. If you need or want the second bedroom opened up just book the unit as listed and message us to request the 2nd bedroom. This is a private stay, the only thing that is shared is the driveway with Apt #1 and #2, perfect for those who want to travel with friends. ALL linens are laundered fresh for every guest, from the comforter to the mattress and pillow protectors. There is a barbecue and a firepit that you are welcome to use. You also have your own screened in porch. You can arrive any time thats convenient to you after the 3pm check in time. That time is often earlier and I will be sure to let you know.
