The cottage is within walking distance from Keynsham with lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a trainstation (direct train to Bath and Bristol centre in about 10 minutes).

Parking is to the front of the property, if this is limited then there is a free car park in the village 300m away.

We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.
