Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Within 15 minutes of Yellow Springs and Cedarville and thirty minutes of Dayton, Wilmington and Springfield.

The Red House is a newly-remodeled home located about 1 mile from Cedarville University. This is a stunning and unique home you can have all to yourself! Comfortably sleeps 7 guests. There are several outdoor spaces to relax; the back yard leads to a large fishing hole along Massie Creek. This house truly has it all!

Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

A traveler's retreat just 5 minutes from i70

Enjoy your night on the road! This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

Located next to the Osborn Historic District in the heart of Fairborn, the Armstrong Homestead is an easy stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants. Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

Relax with the whole family at this completely renovated, peaceful 1,950 square foot country get away. Three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.
