Cooperstown All Star Village baseball park is just 3 minutes drive from our home. Welcome to ,,One Charming Suite” A second floor private entrance invites you to a cozy, clean and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. Tea kettle, coffee maker mini refrigerator are provided. We have a kitchenette set up available for our guests. -Baseball Cooperstown All Star Village just a mile away -Cooperstown Dreams Park 30 minutes drive - 5 min away from city of Oneonta This rental unit consists of one room with one queen bed, one twin bed, Kitchenette area and private bathroom. There is a smart TV but no cable channels. Private entrance through back yard patio- glass sliding door that can be locked with a key. Please note that guests have a short walk on narrow uneven gravel/stone path from parking spot to this unit.

Our great proximity to hiking trails and skiing was mentioned in Travel and Leisure's "Best Small Towns in the Catskills" feature in 2022. This groovy unit is located between Belleayre and Plattekill mountains and is close to cool towns like Andes, Flesichmans, Pine Hill and Roxbury. Well behaved and housebroken pets are welcome for a $50 fee. NO ADDED CLEANING FEE.
