There isn't a garden but there is a small, quiet park next to the cottage. The master bedroom (king) & ensuite, family bathroom with separate shower & bath. 2nd bedroom (king). 3rd room (king). There is a double sofa bed in the sitting-room - so it can sleep up to 8 comfortably. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven etc but no washing machine.

The Billiard Room is a beautiful property set in the grounds of The Close, an 18th century house facing the duck pond, on the village green, in Biddestone. It is ideally placed to visit the World Heritage City of Bath, and to explore the historic villages and countryside of Wiltshire & the Cotswolds. Surrounded by nature, trees, shrubs and with the sound of birds to wake up to this is a truly relaxing place.

This period cottage includes a double aspect living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and utility room, double and twin bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom with oval bath and fitted shower. There is also an additional bed in the summerhouse if required.
