Conveniently located 3 miles from downtown Athens and all of the wonderful night spots and restaurants, the Classic City Convention Center activities, and all the goings on at the University of Georgia. 1 mile to the nearest grocery store. Not suitable for smoking, pets, and children under 13.

Relax at the MartInn, a newly renovated guesthouse only 20 minutes from downtown Athens, Ga. This one bedroom guesthouse is situated on a peaceful, wooded lot. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then scramble some farm fresh eggs provided by the host’s chickens. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

Our remodeled taxidermy turned cabin has two bedrooms and one full bath. Both bedrooms have closets. We have a full kitchen. The living room has a 50'' tv with digital channels and Hulu. WIFI is excellent throughout the entire cabin. You'll have access to Beaverdam Creek by walking down the driveway. *We will allow longer stays to guests who need to stay for work trips on a case by case basis. You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. Located on the South Fork Broad river just below Watson Mill Bridge State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This Aframe along the river is perfect for a couples getaway. King size bed in the loft. Bring your beach towels. Chairs are available to sit on the sanbars and rocks in the river. In the pasture behind the cabin, our friendly goats love attention and are always happy to greet guests.

If you are looking for a peaceful stay in the country, this location will give you exactly that plus an added unique Jamaican flair! Choose your spot to relax ... inside on the comfortable couches, on the front patio porch, or on the back deck! We are nestled near the woods with a cow pasture view out the front. Completely remodeled, freshly painted, and a cheerful, colorful, cozy cottage is awaiting you!

The RV is on a 2 acre lot with access to Lake Hartwell. There are trails nearby with many different exploring options in the area. You may interact with me by cell phone or online. I can show you how to operate the propane stove and lights and answer any other questions you might have. The rv shares the same drive way with the green house. I also have kayaks available to rent, so ask me about pricing.

NEW IN 2021: New carpet, paint and mattress! Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
