Equi-distant 5 min walk to both Dun L and Glasthule dart stations. Surrounded by lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Our home is a lovely comfortable space to live in. We are close to all amenities and only minutes from local transport which will take you into the city centre in 25 minutes. Dalkey and Killiney villages are a 7 minute drive! Both beautiful! A short stroll will take you to the village of Monkstown where you can find bars, restaurants and shops. You are also by the sea at Seapoint where we love to walk in the early mornings or evenings to watch the magnificent sunrise or sunset.
