Part of the Marriott resort with all amenities. Centrally located, walk to Heavenly gondola, the Casino corridor, Heavenly village shops and restaurants, only blocks from the beach. Use the full kitchen to make meals at home or walk out the door to a range of food and entertainment options. There is even a gym, a pool and a hot tub. A cozy, well maintained and clean studio. This private, one-bedroom guest house offers a full kitchen, walk-in shower, wifi and Apple TV(incl. Apple TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV). Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom.
