Oh dear... for decades I had the worst quality sleep you could imagine. I actually thought that it took everyone 45 minutes to an hour to fall asleep, and that it was normal to toss and turn, wake up several times during the night, and sometimes be unable to fall back asleep (yes, It was a shocker to find out that this was not true for everyone).
I had so many health issues that were caused by lack of restful sleep. When I finally decided to take responsibility, and really dive deep into how to improve my sleep, my life completely changed.
