This upstairs studio offers couples a peaceful second-row sanctuary to unwind, enjoy uncrowded beaches, and soak in stunning autumn sunsets. Less than 100 steps to beach! Stroll to Folly Pier, Center St's local shops and waterfront dining, or explore Charleston's fall festivals just 15 minutes away. Cooler temps, fewer crowds, and prime dolphin-watching season make November the hidden gem of Folly Beach.

Perfect Folly Beach Hideaway. Located just two blocks from Downtown Folly and a few blocks from the Beach. Easy parking, no need to drive anywhere. This space is small, but does have a sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom, and private fenced yard perfect for watching Folly Beach stroll by. Maximum occupancy is 2 at all times, additional guests are not allowed. The unit is a totally private area with no access to shared space, inside or outside. It is rented out less than 72 days per year.

View both sunrises and sunsets on this end of island. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find locally owned cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.
