The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. I fjorden utenfor huset er det muligheter for godt fiske fra molo. Huset ligger nært det populære turmålet dronningruta og fiskeværet Nyksund. Det er også en grei beliggenhet som base for å utforske både Lofoten, Bø, Hadsel og Andøya.
