Neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Just 15 min from Lake Mohave, 5 min to Rotary Park , and close to the airport, and everything else Bullhead City/Laughlin area has to offer. House comes fully furnished with 3 Big Screen Smart Tv's ready for enjoyment!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful river home! Two bedroom with two full baths. This is my personal river home, this isn’t your normal Topock Rental. The furniture and bedroom set take comfort to the next level. Outside shower to rinse off after a day on the water. Proximal to Colorado River. So quiet! Water view from front porch & Master Bedroom(only). Desert eternity! Bedding & towels for 6 people. If you bring cots, sleeping bags, kitchenware camping mats, etc, you can have more ppl.
