Warm and Friendly On Swindon

We live in a quiet cul-de-sac in the small town of Amberley,servicing a busy rural and winery community, great place to stop before heading south or north. Our check in time during the week can be by arrangement depending on work commitments, please message me via Airbnb. This bedroom is in our home. At present we are not providing breakfast but can by arrangement with myself at an extra cost. Amberley does have several cafes open in the early morning who provide breakfast menus.

Private Guesthouse @ The Tree House

Enjoy a romantic getaway in the cosy self contained Guesthouse at the grand Tree House. The Guesthouse is in a beautiful garden setting, separate from The Tree House, with amazing views of rolling farmland, hills and the Inland Kaikoura Mountain ranges in the distance. The Guesthouse is set up as a romantic couple's retreat with ambient lighting, comfortable sofa and a cosy loft bed. Please note that you do have to climb a ladder to get into the bed. Breakfast is included.

The Tree House Lodge - Bed & Breakfast

'The Tree House' has a lodge feel and is the magnificent home of Sanna & Ellis. Sanna is from Finland & Ellis, a Kiwi, is a filmmaker for National Geographic. The Tree House has amazing views, overlooking rolling hills to the Kaikoura Mountains. Sanna & Ellis built The Tree House by hand. It has many remarkable features; from two 9m tree trunks in the lounge, to a huge open fire built of rocks up to a ton in weight. The house has featured on TV and in magazines.

We have one beautiful newly renovated bedroom with en-suite in our 100 year old homestead. Come and enjoy a luxurious night or two in our home, plenty of space to enjoy our lovely garden or explore the nearby river and local attractions. Enjoy complementary breakfast as you take in the serenity! We are located on the Alpine Pacific triangle highway, north of the Waipara wine region and just south of Hanmer Springs Alpine Village.
