Perched high on an ocean hillside, built on 30 ft tall steel legs, the cozy quarters above are akin to an old ship’s cabin. With 360 views at 30ft up you can chart the sun and stars across the sky, set your rhythm to the ebb & flow of the tide and scout the surf from above. Greet the evenings with a cozy woodstove, sunset with drinks on the deck, moonrise with a dip in the hottub & mornings with fresh espresso. When night falls sit back and relax at the fire pit as you look out on the ocean. Enjoy your stay!

Private Lakeside Cottage in Yarmouth

Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV + Netflix! Wood stove is functional for extra heat and ambiance, wood not included however.

NO CLEANING FEE!!! Located in West Pubnico, 840 square feet of open space decorated in mid century modern style and all white shiplap. There is a 3 piece bathroom with a shower. The rental is above our garage and set back from our house. You will have a beautiful view of the ocean and a path to walk down to the shore. We are close to a grocery store, liquor store, hardware store, banks, church, and a 30 minute drive to Yarmouth or a 2.5 hour drive to Halifax. Sunsets are free.

The property borders the trail which is great for walks, runs, bicycles and atvs. It also connects with the sidewalk in town which leads right to North East Point Beach. *Pet friendly upon request
