Villa Ema accommodates only one guests on entire property . The courtyard is dominated by a heated outdoor private pool with salt water(from 01.May-15.October).There is a covered terrace where you can enjoy the time next to the pool. The villa is settled in quiet neighborhood , 80 meters from the beach.

Diese besondere Unterkunft ist eine der wenigen, die sich direkt an der Adria befindet. Das Haus wurde 2023 komplett renoviert. In dem historischen, ca 400 Jahre alten Steinhaus befindet sich im EG ein Studio-Apartment, ideal für zwei Personen. Der Hinterhof bietet an Hochsommertagen einen schattigen Rückzugsort. Parkplätze sind an der Sackgasse und 1 neben dem Haus. Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und Apotheke sind ca 5 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Trogir od. Split, erreicht man in 20 - 35 Minuten.

It is nearby Split and Trogir, 20 minutes drive from Split and 15 minutes drive from Trogir and the airport. The bus station is 100 meters away and the buses run every 20 minutes in the both directions (to Split and to Trogir). Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and cafes are about 20 meters away from the apartment.
