Perfect room for one person. Beautiful private bedroom on the lower floor of a 5 bedroom, three story house. I live in the house, and share the kitchen and bathroom, breakfast nook, dining room and living room, as well as laundry on site with you during your stay. The room has a full bed, 50" Roku 4k TV and air conditioning, with two windows. There is a front porch for smoking, a patio, e. The subway is a 15-20 minute walk, or it's a two minute walk to the B17 bus for a quick trip to the subway.
