Newly constructed chalet, perched mountainside overlooking Margaree Valley. With high ceilings and huge windows, the space provides guests with a bright, airy and cozy atmosphere. Outside a 200 sq/ft veranda offer space to enjoy fresh air, sunshine, a good book, and incredible country views. When not enjoying the natural beauty of the 14 acre property, the chalet also offers professionally designed interior, full kitchens/BBQ, SMART TV, free Wifi, electric fireplace, heat and air conditioning. With no immediate neighbors, our chalets are surrounded by forest and farm land and the perfect place to relax, and unwind while overlooking the Valley below. It is the perfect balance of having all the amenities of home, as well as the opportunity to enjoy some peaceful time away. Regardless, on 14 acres, there is lots of room to stretch your legs! Hosts will be available via call/text/email or Airbnb message during your stay with us. If a problem arises, a team member will be on site to solve with problem as quickly as possible. Kody’s place is located in Margaree Valley Nova Scotia Canada. Approximately 6 kilometers off Cabot Trail, this location is the perfect base for your trip around the Trail, or around Western and Central Cape Breton. Our proximity to Inverness, Baddeck, Cheticamp and Ingonish make day trips from this base easy. As the last civic address on a public road, we are reachable by motor vehicle year round. During winter months our location is also easily accessible by snowmobile, and during the Spring, Summer and Autumn by ATV.

We’re minutes away from Inverness, Cabot Links & the most beautiful beaches on our island This unit sleeps 6 comfortably but has the option to sleep an additional 2 on sofabeds if sharing a smaller space is not a concern We’re the perfect last stop when travelling the Cabot Trail from East to the West side of the island & we’re only a short drive to the mainland when leaving or if you prefer to start your Cape Breton adventure travelling up the west coast we are on your way to the Cabot Trail

Salmon Pool- Riverfront Lodge

Bring your family or group of friends to this charming guest suite on the Margaree River. An addition to the original cottage, the inn annex was first built with visiting fishermen in mind. This comfortable, classic space is also perfect for golfers and travelers to the Cabot Trail. The upper level offers three private bedrooms, each with full bath. Gather downstairs in the open great room and kitchen. Mornings and moonrises are especially beautiful from the deck with gorgeous river views.

Artist’s Eco Cabin - The Nest

The Nest is privately located overlooking our farm & highlands. It's rustic & glamorous with small touches that make it unique. The Nest sleeps four (second bed is a double futon) & has full cooking & washroom facilities. It's equipped with a wood stove, fridge, BBQ, & solar lights. The outdoor washroom in the pines offers both an on-demand hot shower (summer only) & a composting toilet. The farm has plenty of activities for our guests to enjoy. N.S. The home is only a 15 minute drive into Inverness, to Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs golf courses and a quick drive to Cabot Trail. Prime snowmobiling location for winter! I built this home to be a secluded, barrier-free chalet for the ultimate Cape Breton experience.

This lovingly crafted tiny house on wheels has 2 lofts, one double bed accessed by ladder and the other has stairs leading up to a queen bed. On the main level living space, there is a double pull out sofa allowing the Red House to accommodate 6 people. This tiny house offers a fully appointed spacious kitchen, a 3 piece bathroom including a flush toilet, as well as Wifi, smart TV, infloor heating and AC. Kayaks & SUP’s, BBQ shelter use are included with your stay.

Glamping off the Beaton Path (AD#3)

Glamping is a form of camping involving accommodation and facilities more luxurious than those associated with traditional camping. Communal washrooms and a shower are located in a separate building; there is also an area for washing dishes. The facility is off the power grid, so solar power is used for lightning. Swallow Bank Cottage #3 on the Margaree River

This one bedroom cottage is located in Margaree Centre. Our four, full housekeeping cottages sit along the Margaree River, just minutes from the Cabot Trail. Cottage 3 has been recently renovated inside and out. New bathroom, upgraded kitchen, and a queen bed with a luxury Logan & Cove mattress. The cottage also has a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check out is 11am.

These 5 modern cottages are stylishly decorated, and the rooms provide a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. A nicely equipped kitchen lets you prepare your meals while you enjoy the view of the surrounding hills and ocean. Located across the road from some of the best fishing pools on the renouned Margaree River, and centrally located (within 30 mins respectively) to Cabot Cliffs, Cabot Links, Bell Bay, and Le Portage golf courses. Ideally located for other activities such as tubing down the river, cycling the Cabot Trail and close to a grocery store with NSLC Products

Our little Garden Shed is a rustic guesthouse on our family property, perched above the beautiful Margaree Valley and just off the Cabot Trail. It's a cozy, rustic space with a composting toilet, solar shower, woodstove heat, and lots of charm — best suited to guests looking for a simple, countryside stay.
