We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. The space is a warm and cozy modern apartment with an access deck overlooking a serene wooded area frequented by bears, groundhogs, foxes, turkeys, and who knows what other wildlings. We are fewer than five minutes from just about everything including Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville. Inside you find a beautiful and inviting queen bed, spacious bathroom, and plenty of natural light. There is a long descending pathway with stone steps--please see the pictures in our profile.

The space comes with apple tv, which will allow you to stream any service you may have. We have included netflix and prime video, so you have something to watch. :)
