Our cozy cabin is a lovely couple minute walk down to Christiansen Lake public access and less than 4 miles from the Talkeetna town center. Use the grill for a nice lunch in the sun or take the two provided beach cruiser bikes for a ride into town. Talkeetna offers epic flights seeing tours, scenic train rides to Denali Park, jet boat tours and much more. Winter visitors can enjoy miles of groomed cross country ski trails and amazing views of the northern lights.

This newly constructed modern A-Frame offers a unique and luxurious accommodation opportunity. Nana's Cabin

Nana's Cabin is located 4 miles from downtown Talkeetna. This charming log home was built by local builders for their mother (Nana). Perfect for all seasons, includes a full kitchen and one bathroom with tub, shower, washer and dryer. Downstairs room has a queen bed. Upstairs has a room with queen. Common space has a twin, pull out couch, and a pull out twin. There is a 1/2 mile walking trail on the property and access to local bike and ski trails.

Two Lakes Cabin

Nestled between two lakes with some of the best lake trout fishing in the Matanuska Valley, enjoy your stay at our quaint 1940's homestead cabin. Don't worry, we have added modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. Sip coffee at my granny's table while you plan your day, take in the mountain views from your kayak on the lake, and enjoy a cozy evening campfire. Our cabin is in a private wilderness setting on a beautiful stream. There is a wood-fired sauna for your year round use. In mid-July through mid-September salmon often swim by your deck. Our single room streamside cabin rests on the Southfork branch of Montana Creek, built from local spruce and birch. We do not have television or hot running water; our bathroom is a cozy outhouse.
