Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.
