The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Only 45 minutes to Atlantic City. Window AC is provided in the bedroom from 5/15-10/30. Heat from 10/30 to 5/12.

Looking for a relaxing getaway? Gandy's beach is the perfect place for you. This secluded beach is a perfect place to escape your everyday hustle and bustle. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house sits right on the water and sleeps up to 12. Feel free to bring your own fishing gear to fish right from the deck. We have 1 canoe and a few generic "orange" Life jackets to be used. If you have a jet ski or a boat you can drop it in at Sundog Marina.

Enjoy the coming of Spring and check our low rate. In a wooded private family summer resort. Close to Belleplain State Park and Lake Nummy. 11 miles from Sea Isle City. One bedroom with queen size bed, full size futon bed in a cute sleeping nook plus a futon couch. A place to unplug and enjoy nature. We now offer internet access via a hotspot. And there is a TV with DVDs available but no cable. And spotty cell service inside the trailer.
