Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip. We have a great coffee shop 2 minutes away! The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

Within walking distance to the coffee/bakery shop and Clingan's gas and grocery. The Cat Haven is located just 5 minutes up the highway with Kings Canyon National Park only 30 minutes away.We are family and pet friendly. It is private with it's own entrance and comes complete with a full-service kitchen, bedroom area with a queen size bed, living area with 2 recliners, eating bar/workspace, bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and amenities & great atmosphere. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.
