Located in the lively neighbourhood of Polana, close to plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, delis and grocery shops. Walking distance to handcrafts, parks and beach at Costa do Sol (20min walk). Behind the building there's a peaceful sidewalk with view to the ocean where you can do sports and drink a fresh coconut.

The apartment offers one bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom; second bedroom with a double bed and served with shower and toilet just across the corridor. The spacious livingroom and dining area overlook the balcony with a 180 degree view of the bay. It has a TV and wifi as well as a bar unit , a cold wine storage and fully equipped kitchen with one refrigerator washing machine , microwave , and other amenities. Included is also daily cleaning service from the house staff.
