A large light filled self contained studio home. Decorated with a scandi-minimalist palette. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. Backing onto the Victoria Golf Club, this stand alone bungalow is highly accessible to Victoria, Royal Melbourne, Sandringham and Cheltenham Golf clubs. It's a 10 minute walk to Cheltenham train station, close to shopping strips and a 5 minute drive to Southland Shopping Centre.
