Light and bright, this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Windsor at Westside townhouse makes the perfect home away from home for your Orlando vacation. With private views of conservation from your pool, this home is a perfect getaway. Tons of natural light fills the living spaces, where the whole crew can enjoy quality time together. Guests here also enjoy easy access to Orlando’s best attractions with Walt Disney World and Universal Studios just a few miles away.


Cool off in the dip pool out back, housed under the protective screen of the lanai. The pool deck has several loungers and an outdoor living room area for enjoying meals outdoors. Due to cooler days coming, you can also warm up in the pool by adding pool heat to your reservation. The pool has the option of heating up to 90 degrees. Please inquire for pricing of pool heat.

In the light-filled living room, sliding glass doors connect the inside to the outside. The room mixes metals, fabrics and colors to create a chic and comfortable space. The upstairs loft area has more hang-out space with a couch and flat-screen TV.

Put on your own cooking show in the gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen that boasts granite countertops and stainless appliances. The center island provides extra prep space, as well as additional dining spots with four barstools. Fit six more around the formal dining room table.

Guests will have access to the entire home. The supply closet and pool electrical equipment will be locked. All guests will also have access to all the clubhouse amenities. Please note, due to COVID the clubhouse has the right to close down certain amenities for safety reasons. Hosts do not have power over the clubhouse amenities. Every guest will receive a personal door code to enter the home. No physical keys will be distributed!

ALL GUEST MUST BE REGISTERED TO ENTER WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE: failure to add someone to your guest list may lead to delays in your check in. Please provide a list of names of everyone who plans on staying or visiting you. Local CDC regulations state that the home is not to be occupied over its capacity, including visitors. House max = 2 people per bedroom. (Example: 3 BD home = 6 People max, 8BD home = 16 people max)

POOL HEATER NOTICE Jan-March 2021:
We wanted to give you a heads up about the incoming weather. When the temperature drops below the 60 degrees, it is standard for the pool heaters to shut off to keep it from over-working. Trying to heat a few thousand gallons of water during cold weather may cause the water heater to delay or break.
These next few months are Florida’s coldest times, and we won’t have consistent warmer weather until Mid-March.
If you want pool heating, we propose you to ONLY request the spa water to be heated, not the entire pool. There is a higher chance of the spa working normally, then to have the system heat up the entire pool. *** We can not guarantee pool heating at this time.*** We don’t include it in our listing for that reason. This is the standard pool heater used in every home in community. You are always welcome to use the pool regardless of the weather at your risk. We are only talking about the pool heater.
If you can check on the weather and see that it will be above 70 degrees throughout your stay, you are in the clear to request pool heating. If the spa water fails to turn on within 48 hours into your stay. We will refund you upon notice from you. Also note, the clubhouse has a heated pools & hot tub 365 days a year!
