Cozy, small, modern studio located in the hip 11th arrondisement of Paris just off Rue Oberkampf which is full of bars, cafes and patisserie shops. There’s a selection of grocery stores and supermarkets nearby. The metro (three stations) are within 5 mins walking distance. My place is good for solo travelers or couples and is gay-friendly.
This is a typical Parisian apartment so if you want to live like a local this is the place for you!

Guests have access to the whole apartment with the exception of the small wardrobe photographed. There is a clothes rail and hangers to hang your clothes.

There is a kitchenette with basic kitchen accessories to prepare meals as well as a private bathroom.
Please note there is no washing machine but there is a cheap launderette 2 mins away.

The sofa converts into a comfortable bed.
