A modern 2 bedroom townhouse on the very popular Regina 3 complex, near Tomb of the Kings, Paphos. The area opens out to a lounge/dining area with a large settee, comfy chairs, dining for 4 persons and a modern tv with UK and International channels. Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony leading off with views over the pool area. The second is a twin bedded room with a picture window. Both bedrooms have good storage, flyscreens and shutters at the windows.

The property is situated just off the popular Tombs of the Kings main road, and is mid-way between the harbour and old town. It is only a short walk to many local amenities, including a lovely sandy Blue Flag beach, a great selection of restaurants offering international and local cuisines, shops, cafes, bars, clubs, banks, car hire and excursion facilities. There are many amenities and places of interest nearby, including archaeological sites, water park, aquarium, zoo, 3 superb golf courses, horse-riding, fishing, hiking, jeep safaris, boat trips, water sports, and go-karting.
