Come and relax and enjoy some family time nestled amongst the trees in a quiet, leafy cul de -sac in beautiful Coolum Beach . This generous home is designed around its resort style pool, ideal for families who like to entertain. Only minutes to Coolum's beautiful patrolled beach, restaurants and cafes. Only 20 minutes and you can be in Noosa's world famous Hasting Street or exploring the gorgeous Sunshine Coast Hinterland. All this and you are only 8 minutes away from Sunshine Coast airport

This home is ideal for holiday makers looking to relax and unwind close to Coolum Beach. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom and sleeps up to 12 guests. We only permit 4 cars at the property as parking can be an issue on street. Please keep this in consideration.

This light and breezy home has a resort feel with multiple leisure and entertaining areas. The large in-ground pool has an adjoining undercover recreation area with pool table and bean bag day bed. The living areas and fully equipped central kitchen are surrounded by a large deck area with ocean glimpses. Complete with indoor and outdoor dining, 6 burner gas BBQ, Wi-Fi, 55" TV, laundry (washing machine and dryer), double key-less garage as well a host of items for your children (body boards, plastic dinnerware, stair guard, book, toys and board games galore.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Located in the East wing of the home, the air-conditioned master bedroom doubles as an ideal parents retreat with private balcony, built in robe and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.

Connecting the East and West wings of the home is an elevated, sun drenched hallway with full length louvre windows overlooking the pool. Offset from the hallway are bedrooms 2, 3 and 4, all with built in robes and fans.
The West wing is home to bedroom 5, featuring a private balcony, air-conditioning and a built in robe along with the main bathroom (bath, shower and toilet) and the recently added smaller 3rd bathroom (shower and toilet).

Ideally suited to 1 or 2 families, sleeping up to 12 guests the bedrooms are configures as follows but please keep in mind that the bunks are not designed for adults they are for children.

Bed 2 – 1 x single, 1 set of single bunks
Bed 3 – 1 x queen bed
Bed 4 – 1 x double bed with single bunk above
Bed 5 – 1 x queen bed

KITCHEN
The heart of the home is its communal kitchen and living area. Complete with servery window to the adjoining deck and outdoor dining area, the central kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance a holiday maker could desire. The kitchen boasts a large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and Smeg electric oven and a 6 burner BBQ just outside on the deck.

Bordering the kitchen is a dining room with seating for up to 12 guests on one side and on the other a lounge room with comfy couches and a wall mounted 55” TV.


To capitalise on the sea breezes and ensure the house is cool all year round all bedrooms, bathrooms and the elevated hallway feature louvre windows with fly screens, the outdoor dining, living areas and bedrooms each have ceiling fans and all doors from the lounge and dining rooms have “Crimsafe” fly screen doors. For guests comfort, bedrooms 1 & 5 have split system air-conditioners.

ENTERTAINING & DECK AREAS
A large undercover decked area with outdoor dining for 8 spans the central kitchen, dining and lounge rooms, enjoying sea breezes and ocean glimpses.

Step down from the deck and enter the outdoor pool and entertaining area. Surrounded by lush gardens, the large, resort-style in ground swimming pool is complemented by a bean bag day bed area, sun lounges and an outdoor shower.

The adjoining undercover recreation area features a pool table, couch, second outdoor dining table and chairs, bar fridge and toilet.

Ensuring guests are well equipped for a relaxing and enjoyable stay the house also offers, Wi-Fi, body boards, board games, porta cot and high chair.

Light and breezy elevated living amongst the trees, the house is perfectly suited to holiday makers looking for a spacious, family oriented home in which to relax and unwind close to the beach, restaurants and cafes.
