Enjoy the charm of historic Excelsior. We welcome you to The Guest House, and specifically our newly remodeled Carriage House. This is the perfect vacation home for families from near and far, with room for up to 8 guests. The Guest house is steps away from an abundance of fine dining, shopping and beautiful Lake Minnetonka! Also located along the 15 mile Lake Minnetonka Regional bike trail, which travels east to Minneapolis, or West to Victoria and several beautiful regional parks. You will surely leave your stay with us energized, yet relaxed and refreshed.

Only 25 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis or MSP airport and two blocks from scenic Lake Minnetonka, our community is full of activities year round. The home overlooks downtown Excelsior’s popular Water Street, selected as one of the sixteen “best main streets in America” by Parade Magazine. Excelsior Bay is the perfect point of departure for a fun getaway weekend, special occasion, romantic escape or a refreshing change of pace for the business traveler.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ**

• All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are 'self' and contactless! To provide this service we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
• Bookings made close to the date of arrival may require additional documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address.
• No smoking inside of the home.
• No pets allowed.
• EVENTS - This home is ideal for small weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. The event fee is $750 and events must be approved by the Minnestay Team. Please send us a message about booking your event here and we will provide more details!
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours – 10PM-7AM.
• Cancellations have a 3% cancellation fee.

Lance left his career in the yacht industry in order to be present for his two boys.
