Little Truckee Ice Creamery

Bar none the best ice cream in the area. Family run and so welcoming all year. Summer time at the lake deserves some amazing ice-cream and this is it. Corn hole, plenty of tables with umbrellas and a wonderful family atmosphere. Oh, footnote. On Mondays and Fridays Tacos Hereras serves street tacos from this location. They are great, inexpensive and authentic. You will find yourself amongst the locals for this experience.

We could not be happier to have a fun little pub within walking distance. The ambiance if perfect for some lakeside vibes. Great food menu mellow environment and some of the best most interesting brown liquor around. This place adds a to hanging out at Donner Lake and so nice to support one of our locals.
