While it can be hit & miss, when it's good, it's food you won't get at the cookie-cutter Mexican restaurants all over Dallas. Go there for the cheap, authentic Mexican dishes, or the mariachi band on weekends

Irving benefits from having a huge Indian population, and so fantastic Indian restaurants & supermarkets abound. We like this one for its cheap vegetarian.
