Try the belfry tour - get to ring the bells and explore nooks & crannies in the cathedral. I'm sure the other tours are good too :)

St. Audoen's is the oldest parish church in Dublin and still used as such. It has a lovely wildflower garden out front and well worth a visit on your way into/out of the city.
