Go to the hotel and ask for the restaurant on roof top. Reasonable price (for the location), priceless views from the bird's nest. Better to first make reservation as you pass by astronomical clock.
(You can connect it with visiting the Black Angels bar in the basement of the same hotel!)

Best sunset in Prague, hands down :) Amazing park practically on your doorsteps with one of the most amazing views of Prague castle and the whole of historic centre. Also ideal for morning runs.
