James Beard nominated southern restaurant. I suggest asking for the dark meat fried chicken. It is off menu, but they are happy to do it for those in the know.

Small space. Shared tables. Bonkers food. It is 5 courses or nothing here, so make reservations and go hungry because it is an experience of joy that you'll want to be able to accomplish.
