I love the giant geese at the pond and all the bunnies and squirrels running around. Great easy-walking trails for little ones. Bring your picnic lunch.

This is a major hub with trains coming in from LA. You can even get a direct shot to Santa Fe station downtown San Diego. Both the Amtrak and Coaster stop here as well as a great bus system.
