Great Deli / Bistro. They do very good breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Porto and Fi is part of the same building as my flat so very close.

Good spot for wild swimming in the summer (or winter if you like!). There is also a long historic pier that is nice for a walk.

Excellent botanical gardens with Victorian hothouses. In December the light show is also highly recomended.

The queens former bought that she sailed around the world in. Interesting for a wonder around and just a 15-20 minute walk away from the flat.

Lots of great pubs and restaurants. About a 20 minute walk away going the most direct route. I recommend walking along the cycletrack that is accessed from Victoria Park and takes you along the Water of Leith. This takes about 30 mins, see map attached. Recommended restaurants: For Excellent Seafood - Fishers For Fine Dining - The Kitchin For the Beer Garden - Teuchters Landing For the Best Bao Buns
