There are two locations in Phoenix but I recommend the downtown Phoenix one. There may be a wait to be seated but they have a cute historic home next door they use for a waiting area where you can have wine and snacks. I like the cheese board!

Great breakfast. Everything on the menu is good. Healthy options but I like the biscuits and gravy! They also have lunch if you are looking for salads and sandwiches.

Hannys has amazing pizza and $5 martinis. Very cool vibe. Fun to walk around and check out the dungeon they have downstairs and upstairs is pretty unique as well.
