The city hosts as well innovative and unique services on its fringes to cater for the needs of nearby cities and even to the needs of the inhabitants of Greater Cairo. Those services include; shopping centers, varied educational institutions, water sports areas, etc.

The project area is about 54 thousand square meters, and the commercial center is a main building consisting of ground, first and second floors. In the middle of the building are garden walkways for visitors that look out onto the shops and seating areas.
