I go here for the rice combos. Under $10 and filling, with variety of specialty meats. I sometimes get duck or chicken take-out as well.

Shanghai Soup dumplings (上海小龙包) - say no more. These aren't quite as good as Joe's Shanghai in NYC Chinatown, but the next best thing.
