OK... It's a dive. But it's been around for 70+ years and often has live French-Canadian musicians/bands.

My fave place for "5 à 7" (Happy Hour): Great drinks + wine and wonderful cheese/charcuterie/+++ platters. Make sure you have "Accras de morrue" or Cod fish cakes... Yummy!
