Descent food and mostly organic as far as I know. Great for breakfast, however, on the weekend this is a popular spot and attracts long line ups. Get there before 10am and you may get lucky ;)

Reasonably priced and good food overall. Take out and delivery available. No MSG in their food which is a big one for me!

Awesome bakery and coffee shop. Nice atmosphere to catch up with friends. I love their cappuccino made with whipping cream ... so delicious!

If you like to be able to sit outside by the river, then this is a very nice spot to be at. Food is expensive though. But the yam fries and a beer go a long way.

While I have not done any trail rides with Hanif myself, as I have my own horse, I have purchased my hay from him in the past and always experienced a pleasant exchange. While I have not done any trail rides with Hanif myself, as I have my own horse, I have purchased my hay from him in the past and always experienced a pleasant exchange. If you want to experience some great rides around the area, I would highly recommend you check him out and read the reviews on his web site. http://www.vancouverhorsebackriding.com/
I've done this course and think it's above and beyond fun! It challenged me, but did so at a nice incremental pace :) I'll be doing it again soon!
