You cannot visit Montreal without spending a day around the Plateau Mont Royal and our gorgeous little Mont Royal mountain. Walking up to the belvedere lookup is definitely a must if you wish to enjoy the best view of the city.

From old port to Lachine canal by bike is the greatest experience. If you don't have a bicycle with you, just rent a Bixi. Once in the canal you can do kayak or just have an amazing pic-nic
