A great cafe that was the former bath house of the area. Cozy fireplace and great 'bitterballen' and 'geitenkaaskroketten'-- typical snacks.

Ij beer brewery is named after the river Ij and brews its beer in the windmill. They brew stronger Belgian style beers. Its open till 8pm. Next door is Lange Dijk, which is open later.

In the middle of one of the nicest and quietest parks is a jenever (gin?) distillery. A nice place for a coffee, beer, and of course jenever.
