Lund Harbour House - Private waterfront getaway.

The Lund Harbour House is a spacious (815 sq. feet inside + 570 sq. feet of decks) custom, hand crafted suite situated on the waterfront in the Lund harbour. Private & peaceful, yet only meters to restaurants, shops, art galleries, and tour operators along a private boardwalk. It is suitable for up to 4 guests with a well stocked kitchen & fireplace. An adjacent beach area is perfect for kayak launching (yours or rent ours!) and those decks offer Lund's best place for viewing amazing sunsets.

The Fat Cat Inn

In a quiet neighbourhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

We are a 6 minute drive from the airport, 15 minute drive to downtown and only 40 minutes to Mt. Washington Ski Resort... Welcome to Paradise!

The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub. The Eagle's Nest is an entirely private, gorgeously renovated kitchenette suite at tree top level, filled with light, with brand new bathroom, amenities, and comfort. The space has wonderful amenities including a spa-worthy bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and two patio spaces.
