It’s three miles from Emerson Park, 15 minutes from downtown Skaneateles, 20 minutes from Fillmore Glen State Park and minutes from downtown Auburn. It's close to many lakeside rentals and wedding venues (Emerson Park Pavilion, Springside Inn, Owasco CC and more). It features a pleasant outdoor seating area with a table and fire pit.

No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

We are 5 miles south of Auburn. The Harriett Tubman home is nearby and we are near wine country. We have cereal, milk and juice available as well as coffee and tea. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome! This is a private studio detached from the main home. A pin code lock is set up to give you access at check in time. A fire pit and charcoal grill is available for use if you request it.
