Near historic downtown AND parks, our cozy upstairs-only suite offers a private space with its own entrance & locked doors separating it from the owner occupied downstairs unit. Your space includes 2 king bedrooms, a large bathroom, plus a living room & small kitchenette. Enjoy outdoor dining, fire pit, & pool access (Memorial Day-Labor Day). 1 mi from historic Carrollton square w/ unique shopping & dining. 1200 ft. from a Greenbelt entrance. GREAT LOCATION!

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Atlanta entire 2 levels family home pool house

A nice, romantic cabin like pool house, two stories, all wooden interior and finished living room, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful view of woods and pool from deck and balcony. Flat screen, gas fire place, and Pool available but not heated in the winter. The cabin offer place to sleep for 4 people, two in the bedroom with queen size bed and two in de banquets of the living-room. Please respect our rate schedule additional guests after the first 4 are required to pay $25/night per person.

Cottage on Maple Hill

The Cottage on Maple Hill is perfectly nestled just outside of Carrollton. It’s perfectly convenient and peaceful. Just 10 minutes from the Square and the SE Quilt and Textile Museum, 15 minutes from UWG and WGTC, and 45 minutes from Atlanta, the cottage is the sweet spot. With 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, one full bathroom, and a spacious living room and kitchen, the cottage is so homey! The front porch, rear deck, and yard space allow you to chill, grill, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Couples can escape to this serene hideaway, enjoying their own private cottage. Experience nature with your own campfire, or take a refreshing swim in the heated pool and relax in the hot tub. The guest house offers private accommodations, including an additional loft bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen, laundry facilities, bidet, covered parking, and Wi-Fi access. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Centrally located between Carrollton and Villa Rica, this secluded cabin will have you feeling like you are in the North GA mountains. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the covered porch overlooking the creek that runs in front of the cabin. Listen to the woods around you and if you are quiet enough, you may see the deer walking the property. You will feel like you are miles from civilization, but with the convenience of being close to town.

The Barn Loft

Come stay on our little farm in a unique, beautifully decorated, quaint barn loft. Experience a little bit of farm life during your stay. Enjoy being surrounded by nature, farm animals, and stunning country side, all while still being close to food and fun. Soak in a vintage tub, sit by the fire pit, relax and enjoy the view from your private balcony. A 15 minute drive gives you access to great restaurants, boutiques, a charming underground bookstore, a local brewery, and so much more.

Lakefront cabin

Come, relax at the lake. The setting is secluded lakefront mobile home on 1 Acre of land. A large screened-in porch (24x16) overlooking the lake invites intimate conversations, fishing and some enjoyable time on the water. Paddle boat or Jon-boat is available (with notice) Tumlin lake is the City water supply so water is clean. No Motorized water-craft allowed on lake. Only sail and paddle craft permitted. The lake is surrounded by private property owners. Come, explore!
